Christmas Event, First Aid Kits, and a Jeep BookAgain, the time between updates has been really long because there’s not much going on with the Jeep! Since the restoration is pretty much done and I’ve shifted to a 1940 Ford Sedan I’m restoring, the Jeep hasn’t had much work done or needed to be done. Special Event – Wheels, Tracks, and Wings 2023After a successful event last year, I helped put on another ‘Wheels, Tracks, and Wings’ event at the Planes of Fame Air Museum! This time, we made the event much bigger, we added another day, more vehicles, more reenactors, a reenactor camp, a Sherman Tank demo, presentations all day long, and more!

Grand Encampment Event, Fire Extinguisher Polishing, & updates!In this week’s update, I took the Jeep out to The Grand Encampment held last weekend at Flabob Airport to have on display with good company of other jeeps, aircraft, and a tank! I also started work on the restoration of the early fire extinguisher including a really nice polishing, and some updates on various projects!

Corsair, Voltage Regulator, Tires, and another Jeep!This week saw quite a bit of Jeep related things… I took the Jeep out to the Air Museum and got some shots with a Corsair, I continued research on the Firestone Tires, finally stamped my Voltage Regulator, and helped to save a friend’s Jeep from rusting worse!
